deja vu

偶尔出现没关系。人脑总是会有偷懒的时候。周围环境相同到一定程度,大脑自动按照
过去经验处理,让你感觉似曾相识。不是频繁出现就不需要治疗。
一般人都是几年才有一次这样的感觉。
有些人是很频繁,那才需要治疗。

就好像说似曾相识的感觉中能预测下一步一样。其实是下一步发生了,然后大脑制造了
一个记忆,说是在发生之前就预测到了。
然后再叙述就成了自己预测到了下一步发生。这些现象都有人研究过,做过实验,可以
去找专业的文章来看。
