http://gengwg.blogspot.com/发信人: superalloy (痒痒), 信区: Military 标  题: 中国发动机的问题 发信站: BBS 未名空间站 (Wed Nov 12 14:23:20 2014, 美东) 五代高温发动机是镍基单晶。主要用途现在看来就是1.飞机导向叶片，2.汽轮机（可能 不用单晶）3.乘波体导弹。 这三样里面TG就导弹上的发动机做的最好。因为导弹虽然温度高，但是没有太大的疲劳 ，蠕变问题，因为时间很短。只要能在20分钟内，承受一定高温应力就行了。但是飞机 叶片和汽轮机要长时间工作，比如飞机，要起码安全运行1万小时。TG这个目前还做不 来。 为啥？因为做这个研究的积淀不够。测试一个疲劳，蠕变要好几个月甚至1年。本来起 步就慢，所以要做出研究成果就晚了别人很久。 再者，就是其它工艺上的问题没解决。现在做定向凝固应该还可以，但是单晶不行。一 方面是基础的理论不行，另一方面工艺上的摸索可能还没摸到门道。 不过这些都不是个事，估计5年内就可突破瓶颈，掌握5代高温发动机技术
