全程DIY, NSC EB1b, NOID->Deny->Reopen->Approval


今天收到 140 approval notice. 一桩心事总算了了，也没有太兴奋的感觉。自己的
case拖了很久，因为没有pp, 五个月等来NOID，一个月之内递上回复，又一个月后通知
140被拒，理由是没收到我的NOID Response. 央着HR打了好几个电话，每个电话都被
hold 五六个小时，最后也只是递交了个调查申请，数月后的昨天收到短信说case
reopen了，今天状态变为approval。

整个过程连一波三折都算不上，就是等待等待再等待。。。全程DIY, 也不是什么强的
case, 要不然也不会NOID了。

其实无论批不批，也就是人生的一个小经历，一个小插曲。还是要感谢版上给过我很多
帮助的好心人，感谢在回复NOID时给我建议的livbaione,sunair等等。

如果有需要，我可以简单说说我的背景和怎么准备NOID等。给大家大大的祝福！这个过
程需要勇气，需要运气，需要策略，需要鼓励和祝福，还有，最最需要的是耐心。祝福
