 我觉得你的理解有问题。办绿卡确实需要公司和经理出很多文件，花钱请律师，经理要
写reference，签字.如果她不喜欢你的业绩，怎么在申请表上写"she is a great 
employee"？而且办绿卡需要你在这里干5-7年，也就是说这5-7年她要持续不断的给你
付工资。但如果她不喜欢你的业绩希望你早点离开当然她就不会帮你申请绿卡了。申请
绿卡和你的上司对是你否满意绝对有关系，而不是你说的“has nothing to do with 
her".

 google面试很严格，挑的都是最好最聪明的雇员当然就不在乎那点律师费了。你可以试
试申请google嘛。

 楼主还嫩啊。我见过很多老中老印进公司前公司承诺办绿卡，进去后等了好几年都不给
办最后只好离开。基本都是因为上司对他/她的工作不满意。
