不可能，你个人公司每年大量亏损，还继续年年运营，必然被IRS audit。
富人逃税主要靠民主党2009年施行的0% LT capital gain tax，只要把
ordinary income控制在限额以下。LT capital gain几亿都是0% tax。
其次，富人income太多，要控制ordinary income，把钱放到charitable
trust里面，拿极少量出来做慈善，其他钱买游艇，买豪宅都可以，算admin
cost。可以deduct ordinary income，这就是为什么富人可以把ordinary
income抵到0。而只要ordinary income控制下来，LT capital gain就是
0 tax rate。最终就可以达到基本不交税的目的，现在这都是富人的accountant
的基本套路了。
