糖尿病患者可不可以喝牛奶呢

 

我們都知道,對糖尿病患者最重要的保健任務就是控制好飲食。那麼就有人問:「糖尿病患者可不可以喝牛奶呢?」牛奶是我們常見的用來補鈣等的保健品,有著豐富的營養價值,那麼糖尿病患者可不可以喝呢?

糖尿病人能喝牛奶嗎?

糖尿病人可以適量喝牛奶,建議您在吃飯時喝牛奶。

由於糖尿病患者不能充分利用葡萄糖,會燃燒脂肪和蛋白質來補充能量,因此蛋白質消耗比普通人要多,需要獲取的量也更大。但我們平時的飯菜,米飯、麵條和各種蔬菜等植物性食物,所能提供的蛋白質含量往往並不能完全滿足糖尿病患者的需求。

相比於雞蛋和肉製品,牛奶能提供足量的優質動物蛋白,尤其是加工後的脫脂奶的脂肪較低,含有一定量的不飽和脂肪酸,這些好脂肪可以降低血膽固醇和甘油三酯,對預防高血壓和動脈硬化有好處。

另外,牛奶中還含有大量水分、豐富的蛋白質、維生素和微量元素,還有適量的脂肪,能給糖友提供多種營養成分,但對血糖、血脂的影響又不大。

牛奶除不含纖維素外,幾乎含有人體所需各種營養物質,其蛋白質的含量為3.5—4%。其蛋白質的組成以酪蛋白為主,其次為乳蛋白、乳球蛋白、血清白蛋白、免疫球蛋白和酶等,能有效地供應人體之必需。牛奶蛋白質的生理價值可與蛋類相媲美,是賴氨酸、蛋氨酸含量較高的優質蛋白,補充了各類蛋白質胺基酸組成的不足。牛奶中膽固醇含量並不高,其中含有的乳清酸還可降低血清膽固醇。因而,高血脂、心腦血管病患者適量喝奶大可不必擔心會加重病情。

更為重要的是,糖尿病人普遍缺鈣,而喝牛奶是最好的補充方式。老年糖友要特別注意骨質疏鬆,骨折的情況相當普遍,所以補鈣是糖友所必須的。一般推薦在早餐或加餐時,搭配一些主食、飲用牛奶,這樣可使消化和營養吸收更充分;同時還應避免加糖,防止攝入過多糖分。

牛奶是糖尿病病人的良好飲料,都富含各種營養成分,特別是大量的蛋白質,這對糖尿病病人十分有利。牛奶還能補充鈣,這對老年糖尿病病人特別是老年女性糖尿病病人十分有利。
