口腔兩側長血泡



進食時，口內突然鼓起水泡，過不久逐漸充血，然後破裂，滿口血水，含冰後出血狀況改善，而口腔黏膜上疼痛的破口(破的泡膜)，形成不淺的潰瘍，影響了日後的進食及刷牙。
這是原因不明口內血泡(咽部或口腔黏膜大血泡)，中醫俗稱飛揚喉。其成因可能與吃辛辣食物或吃粗硬食物造成口腔內血管組織創傷。
也可能本身口腔血管較脆弱，再創傷後引起破裂出血，產生血泡，一但血泡破裂產生潰瘍，則需注意口腔衛生，避免二度感染，並可考慮局部使用口內膏保護。

如果血泡在兩側頰黏膜上,應該是外傷性咬破黏膜下微血管.但血泡應呈烏黑,
並且弄破不會再長.如果在下嘴唇或舌頭上,弄破又長出來,則可能是唾液小管破裂,形成所謂黏膜囊腫.此時應找牙科中的口腔外科做囊腫摘除,方能一勞永逸(只是個小手術).如果血泡在牙齦上則可能是齒髓炎或是牙周囊腫,弄破也還是會再長.口腔潰瘍則是凹陷而非突出,持續一個禮拜不好則要就醫檢查.

若是紫色的液狀小突起,那並不是"長東西",是因為咀嚼咬到黏膜,造成黏膜出血,包複在黏膜內!
一般而言,不用刻意弄破或是塗藥,身體組織會自行吸收（約３天）,除非它存在超過１４天,就需要找您的牙醫鑑別診斷了!
