最近去onsite，看名字还以为是中国人，进来发现是个华裔二代。

他从一进门就没笑脸，说话爱搭不理的，很不耐烦。

做了一道coding题，想要点提示，直接回答 "this is your interview"。然后我自己
想出来了，他又跟大爷似的让解释一大堆东西，run不同的case。

之后轮到我问问题，他又爱搭不理。最后他出门，我说了一句"thanks for the
question, it is very interesting"。他直接回答说"it is simply a basic
question"，然后扭头走了。

coding问题是不难，可是但凡会交流的人都不会这么回答吧。我感觉整个interview，
就好像是有人拿刀子把他架过来的似的。面试确实会耽误他宝贵的时间，可是作为组员
，看看新来的人有什么不对吗？

相比之下，之后来的的小印，（我不管他是否在背后黑我），面试的时候至少跟我有说
有笑，让我感觉是在跟人交流。

我感觉，华裔二代之所以瞧不起第一代，就是因为80-90年代的第一代移民经常向第二
代灌输,“你爸妈留在美国有多不容易，中国多苦多苦，你要珍惜....”。

在这种灌输下，华裔二代就把之后来的第一代当成从难民营里逃难出来的，一幅鄙夷不
屑的样子。
