出租的时候你买的ＬＡＮＤＬＯＲＤ保险会ＣＯＶＥＲ ＬＩＡＢＩＬＩＴＹ，但是数
额有限，一般１５－３０万，有一定资产的人一般有两个办法，一个是把出租房每一个
注册成为ＬＬＣ，这样即使被告赔钱，也就是最多把房子赔了，不会影响你的其他资产
；另外就是买伞险，会ＣＯＶＥＲ你的ＬＡＮＤＬＯＲＤ保险以外的。这个伞险很便宜
，２００万保额一年也就几百块。看来你也买了，没有什么可怕的啊。想要敲诈不是那
么容易骗过保险公司的。
