前不久湘籍演员李婷因长期罹患乳腺癌病逝，终年42岁， 这一不幸消息让我联想到著
名香港艺人梅艳芳，03年因患子宫癌去世，死时也只40岁。 

最近20年的研究发现癌症与人体维生素D的含量有着直接的关系。我本人主要从事维生
素D的诊断的研究，对维生素D和健康的关系比较了解。下面简单介绍一下维生素D:

Vitamin D 是通过人体中的胆固醇衍生物在皮肤表面经过阳光紫外线作用产生, 
Vitamin D 通过血液在肝脏里酶的作用下氧化变成25-OH-Vitamin D (25-羟基 维D
），然后再进入肾脏进一步氧化生成具有生理活性的1，25-Di-OH-Vitamin D

Vitmain D缺乏会导致婴儿以及老年人的佝偻病， 以及骨质疏松，患各种癌症（尤其是
乳腺癌，子宫癌，　大肠癌）的几率大大增加，与各种免疫疾病以及精神疾病（忧郁症
）都有关系。

多晒太阳，适当补充Vitamin D (每天1000 IU)会提高身体中的Vitmin D.

平时体检时最好做个 Total 25-OH-Vitamin D的检查，如果低于30 ng/ml,那么一定要
服用Vitamin D，并多晒太阳。

很多家庭医生对Vitamin D并不是特别了解，我自己的家庭医生就从来不建议病人做
vitamin D的检测。我第一次要求做，他还不太愿意， 最后结果出来略低于正常值。

有不少医生一旦发现病人的Vitamin D低于20,就会开50,000ＩＵ的高剂量处方药，其实
高剂Vitamin Ｄ有可能导致中毒。最好每天服用２０００ＩＵ的Vitmain D. 三个月后
再做检查。
