要解决贫穷人口问题，要解决AI的日益发展带来的劳动力过剩问题，不发福利
那是不可能的，有一些人，不管你愿不愿意，都只能政府养着。
政府想要养这些人，指望从老百姓手里刮钱，特别是中产手上刮钱，显然不是
合理的解决方案，指望从巨富手里拿钱，以目前美国的法律体系，一毛钱都拿
不到，各种合理避税方式巨富玩得滚瓜烂熟。那出路在哪里？一种是搞国有投
资公司，类似于新加坡的淡马锡控股，还有一种是搞国有企业，不搞垄断，参
与市场竞争，在竞争中做大做强。
自己赚钱自己花，这才是王道。
