ReplyDeleteperm的前提是你的position没有美国人能干，所以需要雇佣你外国人
如果有裁员，只要有和你同position同level的美国人被裁了，就意味着你的position其实是有美国人可以干的，那也就没必要雇佣你外国人，perm自然就被停了
