美国股市将跌40% (ZZ)

万维读者网记者唯一编译报道：MarketWatch刊登的专栏文章说，美国经济状况不好，
联邦储备的经济干预造成不可言传的损害，很有可能美国会再次进行经济衰退，而且，
这个季度开始企业的业绩将走下坡。

情况似乎够糟了，可是还有更可怕的，在本星期纽约举行的Big Picture Confernce会
议上有专家说股市还可能大跌40%。有人甚至怀疑是否应该继续投资于股市。

在会议上，Bianco Research LLC的总裁James Bianco还是比较乐观的，他说联邦储备
的货布政策不会对美国的就业或GDP增长有什么帮助，但是他相信Bernanke的QE3目的是
为了推高股市，因此他对股市还是看好的。

他还说联邦储备就是为了推高股市，QE3的效果将持续很久。同时他也谈到现在美国的
债务比2007年时要高，但大部分是政府借的，不是企业。

另一位与会发言人Dylan Grice说政府的经济政策会以失败告终。Grice是Societe
Generale的分析员，他担心央行的经济政策会给社会带来什么样的影响。

有个别人士看好股市，坚信在未来几年里股市一定会反弹，比如基金经理James
Oshaughnessy说目前美国的Fiscal Cliff和欧洲债务危机是会给股市造成波动，但是中
期内优质金融股票仍然会表现很好。

在参与这次会议的专家中，持悲观情绪的占多数，他们大多认为明年美国的经济会再次
进入衰退。

Belkin Report的作者Michael Belkin说美国已经非常临近经济衰退了，他说联邦储备
推出QE3的九月14日就是一个走下坡路的开始。他研究了过去110年的历史，确认经济衰
退平均时间为15个月，期间道琼斯指数会下跌31%。

他对于“联邦储备会推高股市”这种言论嗤之以鼻，他的依据是：“联邦储备不可能控
制企业的业绩，因此也不可能控制股市”。因此，他建议投资者在未来的12-15个月里
要远离股市“避险”。

对于不愿意离开股市的投资者，他的建议是买进消费品类股票，还有医疗保健，民用能
源和一些好的金融股；避开科技，工业，原材料等。
