这样做可行不可行？


有个不错的机会在国内，但目前还没有绿卡，有点不甘心这样回去。有几个option想看
看可行不可行。

1. 谈判，让国内公司（大公司）答应在我国内工作满一年后，申请L1A签证派我回美国
工作
一年左右，我利用这个时间申请eb1c绿卡。我知道L1A转绿很难，但也想试试，公司给
的职位是director，也许能证明是manager高管之类的。
另一反面，让LD现在就申请美国的学校拿F1做备胎，一年后万一到时国内公司反悔或者
各种原因没法搞L1A，我就辞职F2回美国，再重新找工作。但一家人要分开一段时间。

2.谈判，让公司base我在美国，每年出差回去工作大半年，但感觉可能性较低

3.谈判，让公司base我在香港，熬7年拿个香港身份。可能要每天香港深圳往返

4.啥都不管，直接裸归，靠美国籍的儿子21岁以后帮我们申请父母绿卡
