不申请opt 好像不能弥补了，必须要在学期结束之前申请。

Lay off 也能revoke h1b,亲身经历。不过当时公司说可以保留，不撤销，但是小公司
，自己找到工作后转。我们自己需要把他撤销，具体撤销之后名额有没有保留 不清楚
。如果10月1号之后撤销 肯定保留了，之前不一定。我是10月一号之前撤销的，虽然过
程经历了半年，但是移民局发来的撤销证明上 是公司上报之日，就被撤销了。

所以 当务之急是看看公司要不要上报移民局，如果不上报，什么没有，楼主找工作就
好了。如果上报，尽量拖到10月一号之后，楼主尽快在上报之前找工作。最差的结果就
是他们马上上报，楼主h4,短时间内不能工作，安心带宝宝吧。宝宝最重要。

如果有2个月以上空白期，很有可能。激活很简单的，回国找签证官聊两句就好了。就
当回国旅游了。
