leadership和Management

leadership和Management是两件截然不同的事情,leader,supervisor和manager是三
个基层管理职位,但是工作内容是完全不一样的。

leadership更加强调的是别人follow你。你是leader,很大原因是因为你一个人的力量
不足以完成项目或者工作,这个项目和工作是上面安排的。

Management是如何让别人为你工作。你去找胜任的人完成更高层给予的工作。

当初,我的BOSS就专门给我讲过,工作是manager,不是leader。不需要自己去参与每
个项目,参与项目和投入的精力要根据情况有区别。人手不够就申请增加。可以让
senior level的人作为leader来具体实施。
