What is RSU Refresh

Yes, it means being given additional RSUs.
The vesting schedule for the initial RSUs when you join are 1/4th every year for 4 years. At least that's what it was 5 years ago, not sure about now. The vesting schedule for RSU refresh is 1/48th every month for 4 years.
