Infra vs Product

大部分码工最大的问题是跟着产品走, 或者说跟着产品经理走, 产品叫做啥就做啥,产
品不叫做啥就不做啥.这样的问题有三个:
1, 技术没有深度, 没有积累.
2, 没有leadership
3, 国人码工基本在产品方面说不上话.

一直以来觉得在美国做码工,career一定要和具体的产品解藕, 但是有不能完全脱离产
品,所以infra或者算法相关的职位应该是码工积累做好的职位,产品码工还是慎重考虑.

大多数码农工作都是做产品，做infra的只是少数。就算是做infra和算法，老中出头的
机会也很少，原因也都一样

infra机会还是挺多, 算法的机会确实比较少. 而且infra升职确实看起来比产品码工慢.

但是infra和算法的经验都可以复用, 产品的经验没法复用, 所以一旦被迫跳槽, 产品
码工基本又得从头开始.
