不是交完485一定要等半年才能走，但等半年在走是最安全的。

你要和新公司问清楚，什么时候可以开始办PERM，这和H1B批没批没关系（雇主可以给
不在本公司工作的人办PERM）。有些雇主要等至少一年才能开始办绿卡。
