湾区免费义诊RotaCare，家人探亲生病不再怕！


在美国，医疗费用昂贵，医疗支出对普通家庭是不小的负担。如果您的家人过来探亲、朋友过来旅游，需要看病又没有保险，怎么办？ 湾区爸妈群向大家推荐加州湾区这个由医生自愿组织成立的免费诊所&非赢利组织Rotacare！
RotaCare Bay Area 介绍


RotaCare Bay Area Inc.是一家位于湾区的501（C)(3)非盈利公益组织，宗旨是为缺少基本医疗保障病人提供免费医疗服务，协会约有500人左右专业医生及热心人士组成的志愿者团队，单单2017年就约有10000人次病人享受免费就诊等医疗服务。

该组织由医生Mark Campbell博士及其Campbell Rotary Club于1989年创立。目前机构在整个北加州湾区附近设有10间诊所，包括Concord、Daly City、Gilory、Half Moon Bay、Monterey、Pittsburg、Richmond、San Jose、San Rafael、Santa Cruz。

下面附上其中两家诊所San Jose和Daly City信息，供大家参考！

San Jose 诊所信息

就诊时间：周三傍晚 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

排队信息： 该点需要周三早上7点前去门口排队（每天病人名额约在24-36位左右）
就诊范围： 轻微疾病及伤口处理、慢性病管理
                  体检（但不包括职业健康检查、体育检查）
                  妇科病
注意事项：   不使用麻醉剂、无法提供残疾相关检查及证明

就诊范围： 轻微疾病及伤口处理（紧急护理）

注意事项：   不提供身体检查
                   无慢性病痛管理、结核病检测和免疫接种 
儿科相关：  该诊所每周一没有安排儿科医生。 如果孩子需要就医，请提前打电话确认儿科医生何时到诊所就诊。

“San jose 那个点要早上7点左右过去取票，为保险起见、最好早点譬如6点左右去取票；晚上5点开始就诊，实际上你去早晚最后看完时间都差不多，所以只要有票晚点去也问题不大；这里是完全免费的，在就诊地方直接取药、药免费。

我们还去过daly city那个，早上不用取票、直接去看，需要到costco买药、药费自己付，会给coupon， 因此很便宜。”
