今天，外交部长王毅与伊朗外交部长扎里夫在德黑兰签署中伊25年全面合作文件。
伊朗与我国达成了一项长期协议，我国向伊朗投资4000亿美元，伊朗除了要购买我国的
武器，还将向我国提供“基地”。我国承诺投资发展伊朗的石油，天然气，石化和石油
生产行业，我国还将获得伊朗油气项目的优先权，伊朗将以大幅折扣向我国提供低于市
场价的石油供应。
