科学原创力：需要多元思想。至少需要科学部分的多元思想。
技术原创力：看到有可能成功的技术，要有海量资金投入才能做成卖得出去的产品。这
方面必须有驱动力。
如果这两样都有了，那还有一个的罩门等着：资源。战时会被封锁，平时会被抬价。

中国的优势是市场够大。人民资质也还好。

苏联死在科技原创力上。人民资质也够呛。
旧的德国日本卡死在资源上。
二战后的德国日本卡死在国内市场规模上。
巴西，印度卡死在科技原创力，还有人民资质上。

美国和和以前的英国一样，因为是老大，没有资源问题。它的问题是人民的资质在退化
。如果和中国完全脱钩，还是会领先世界100年。对中国科技封锁，其实是它维持老大
地位的正确选择。

1. 中国传统文化里面没有科学元素。科技都是舶来品，本来就逊色一些。
2. 中国文化里面的中庸，限制了科学nerd的出产比例。而这些人才是西方科技最大的
财富。西方大科学家多少都是偏执狂，有种科学教邪教徒这样的气质。中国人少了一股
子劲。
3. 中国刚脱贫，老钱少，纯兴趣走科研的高智商老钱子弟少。虽然最聪明的脑子做科
研是对社会利益最大化，但是对个人来说很凶险。这个中国要给予科研尖端人才铁帽子
王上中产待遇。即使失败，也可以生活无忧。
4. 中国人搞科研学理工，绝大部分还是为了提高社会经济地位。

应该给高智商，愿意从事科研的人，美女香车房子社会地位。即使失败了，也有中级公
务员待遇。

或许，今后还有一拼
