1.不再要求乌克兰中立化，乌寻求加入北约与俄无关
2.不再要求乌克兰非军事化
3.乌克兰境内不得部署某些进攻性导弹以及核武器，开列清单
4.泽连斯基为乌合法总统，俄方只与他谈判
5.双方停火，军队恢复24日冲突前态势。这个没提，但是是必然的
