1. upgrade your knowledge base in your company. If you have the access to
the code written by others, study it whenever you have time. Try to take on
some harder project.
2. Don't argue with the people with bad temper. It is no use. try to keep
harmony atmosphere.
3. try to stay here longer time, say 2~3 years in good big company. Then
with the "experience" at big company, it will be easier for you to jump to
smaller company with similar or better pay.
4. Don't worry the job, work, too much. Enjoy life. If lay-off happens to
you, then find another.
