很喜欢FM的best cards for various category：https://frequentmiler.

唯一的问题是，里面太多了，良莠不齐。我想简单一些，所以这里抛砖引玉，同时做个
调研：

1. 最好的hotel elite卡：Amex Hilton Ascend
*免费金卡保证free breakfast，Marriott的需要platinum才有相同待遇，而所有
Marriott/SPG信用卡都不直接给
*缺点是每年的free night需要花$15K

2. 最好的hotel free night卡：Chase IHG老卡 (discontined)
* 年费$49(希望能一直维持下去)，IHG旅店分布不必Marriott/Hilton差。美国境内居
家旅游够用了。
* 缺点是不能再申了，新版几乎double到了$89，优势不在。
* 如果要现在还能申的，我可能推荐Amex SPG卡，因为有Amex offer，另外free night
（35K）不需要任何花销前提。

3. 最好的旅行(travel)卡：Chase Sapphire Preferred (CSR)和Citi Prestige
* 是的，我竟然目前同时保留两张高年费卡。
* CSR是为了它的UR transfer还有1.5cent/pt能力。Prestige就是为了4th paid night
free能力。

4. 最好的airline卡：Barclaycard AA Aviator Red (discontinued)
* 俺的每年还给10K中，所以接近免费
* 缺点是不能申了
* 还能申的里推荐AA或UA的普通卡，看你坐那家了(DL我几乎不坐，没法评价）。UA还
有primary rental coverage。


5. 最好的Grocery性卡：暂缺
这个没啥推荐，如果考虑$95年费:Amex Blue cash preferred是4.4%，跟有Pltinum
honor rewards的BOA travel rewards卡3.5%差不多，但是每年Amex offer更赚个几十
块。另外，你真愿意，ink卡从staple店里买Visa GC，然后花（你不烦记录余额什么的
话）也能弄到5%上下（取决于你的UR点数的估值）。

6. 最好的一般性(others, misc）卡：Amex Blue Business Plus
2pt/USD，无年费。竞争对手是上面提过的带有Plaitnum honor身份的BOA travel
rewars/Premium rewards卡。但Blue Biz最大优势是Amex offer!

7. 最好的big spending卡：
选项1：上面6
选项2：Radisson Rewards cards from US Bank (former Club Carlson Rewards
cards)，1 free night per $10k spending, but US domestic hotel only
选项3：（如果你有Amex HH Ascend)1 weekend night per $15K spending. NO
category cap, but it is better if your spouse has the same card. Stay an
aspirational place for just one night is always too short for me.
