撞车产子，不幸中万幸，真的和拍电影一样，寻求帮助

上周末在麻州I93上最右侧车道正常行驶，附近没有exit出口，路况天气一切正常。当
时有traffic，大家车速都不快，20-30 mph左右的样子。我开一辆12年 corolla，老婆
怀孕，预产
期这月底，岳父岳母刚来美国没多久，准备帮忙照看。

一辆Jeep车速度超快，估计有60mph左右，突然直直撞到我的trunk。当时我和前面的
SUV车还有近20米的距离，一下子又把我的车推到前面的suv上。我可怜的corolla，刚
买一年的新车，前后夹击，trunk没了，前面也损坏严重，三厢车一下子变成一厢了。

当时老婆怀孕坐副驾驶，岳父母坐后排，后车床玻璃全碎，6个airbags全都打开了。后
排车门变形，已经无法打开，车内有烟尘。我当时头部撞到方向盘，还好有airbag，只
有短暂的蒙蒙感。我很慌张，紧忙下车，从副驾驶上把老婆父母从车里脱了出来。打了
911，警察和救护车急忙赶到。老婆小腹疼痛，和妈妈上了急救车。妈妈爸爸腿碰了下
，流了一点血。我和警察流了信息后，急忙前往emergence room去检查老婆和孩子。到
医院没多久，羊水就破了，当晚3个小时就生下了小孩。万幸的是母子目前一切安全，
我和妈妈都只有皮外伤。爸爸除了皮外伤外，医院诊断还有其他的rib fracture啥的。

我的新车是全保的，后面的Jeep车的驾驶员不讲英语，警察问他啥，他都不说，最后被
警察带走了。跟我的保险公司联系了，他们也file了claim。第一次撞车，不知道这种
情况，往下该怎么处理，如何寻求赔偿？
