商业地产有两块，旱涝保收，经济衰退也抗跌的，Self-Storage 和 Mobile Home Park。
前者找SBA Loan， 15%首付，除去第三方管理费，还有现金流；买大一点的，很快成为
千万负翁，太大的买不到，人家基金买走了；
后者要找小银行，首付要高一点，才能有现金流，找Tenant Owned，管理就简单很多
现在RV很火，买个场子给他们停RV，也属于后者范围。
