Networking tips

networking is a way to build mutually beneficial relationships with other people.

my most important assets in networking are:
- my initiative. seek out ways to meet new people. willing to take risk to ask a question. strike up a conversation.
- confident being myself
- reputation. do others trust me? be careful who and what i attach my name to.

never start a conversation talking about myself.
listen and ask sincere questions.
