HOW THE BONUS WORKS

http://gengwg.blogspot.com/* HOW THE BONUS WORKS
You have two steps to qualify for your cash bonus. First, enter promo code AG15NEW600*RET for new accounts, or AG15GET600*RET for existing accounts, by the promotion expiration date: 4/15/15. Second, deposit, transfer or roll over assets to that account. Assets must post to that account within 90 days of entering the code. Your net qualifying assets posted during that 90-day period must be at least $10,000 to be eligible for a $100 bonus; $25,000 for a $200 bonus; $50,000 for a $300 bonus; or $125,000 for a $600 bonus. If your net qualifying assets are within $100 of a higher bonus level, we will credit you at that level so you receive a larger bonus. Your net qualifying assets are the total amounts of your deposits, transfers and rollovers, minus any withdrawals. (Note: the qualifying asset amount isn't affected by any change in value for your securities after they were deposited.) Transfers from an existing ShareBuilder account, or from a Capital One 360® IRA to a ShareBuilder IRA, do not qualify. Valid for IRAs and Individual, Joint or Custodial accounts only. Promotion is non-transferable and not valid for ESAs. Net qualifying assets only count towards one offer. If you previously qualified for a similar offer in any of your ShareBuilder accounts, you are not eligible to enroll in this offer for 6 months after the date you enrolled in the previous offer. This offer may be extended at ShareBuilder's discretion.

WHEN YOU GET YOUR BONUS
Bonus will be awarded to your account within 4–6 weeks following the 90-day period. Bonus is not available for withdrawal for 180 days after it is awarded. Qualifying assets must remain in the account (minus any losses related to trading or market volatility) for at least 6 months following the 90- day period or ShareBuilder may reclaim your bonus. ShareBuilder can end this promotion at any time, and refuse or recover any bonus, if it determines you violated ShareBuilder's Account Agreement.
