A: buyer没有加bank account的 information,因此你收到的 payment 肯定是从信用
卡来的.
Q: 如何知道对方是通过银行还是信用卡支付的?
A: 如果payment是unverified,由上可知肯定是信用卡支付;
如果是echeck,肯定是银行帐户(废话)
如果是verified instant,无法得知(你如果知道,请PM我)
Q: payment unverified的可以寄么?
A: 理论上,verify与否不重要,confirmed就行.
Q: 如何保证自己受到paypal seller protection?
A: (1) 必须是premium/business Account
(2) 必须从confirmed address收钱并只ship到那个confirmed Address
(3) 必须提供Tracking #; 大于$250的必须有Signature.
Q: if buyer paid by paypal and his address was unconfirmed , what will I do?

(1). refund buyer, ask buyer to confirm his address and send you money
again
(2). ask buyer to pay by other methods. i.e. money order, cashier check,
bidpay, bank transfer, west union, ...
(3). refuse to sell to this buyer.
(4). accept the payment,风险 自负.

A: This is because you only have paypal personal account and buyer made
payment with his creditcard through paypal. You may choose:
(1)Upgrade your personal account to premier/biz account. If you change
you mind later, you can still call paypal to downgrade your account to
personal account, but only once for lifetime.
Or
(2)You may accept the payment while NOT upgrade your account to premier/
biz account. Paypal will charge 4.x% fees and you may only accept up to 4
such payments per year per account.
Or
(3)You may denied the payment via clicking "accept" first, then clicking
" deny".

A: ebay交易你可以选择你接受什么样的付款方式,常见的有paypal, money order,
cashier's check, personal check, bid pay, Merchandise account等.还有google
checkout和cash(local交易).以下分别论述:
personal check: 比较慢.好处是不用付费,一般不会有charge back.收personal
check的记得必须等check存进银行并clear了之后(而不是pending),才寄东西.
money order: 有多种发行商,其中著名的有Post Office和Money Gram, Western
Union等.使用Money Order唯一需要注意的是确信是真的.可以去兑换的地方查询,或者
打电话询问.
Cashier's Check: 大公司发行的Check,类似Money order,使用方法相同.确认是真的,
最好打电话到发行单位询问(一般check上都有电话号码).如发行方确认,基本问题不大.
如果要保险,存入银行等clear了再寄东西.
Paypal:三种方法:bank transfer, echeck, 和CC.(太多了,我待会找个link来).
Bid Pay: 比较麻烦.也有transaction fee.Bidpay会对交易双方进行调查,确认无误后
方通知双方完成交易.否则他将中止交易.Bidpay基本采用比较保守的方法,所以相对安
全,但坏处是拒绝率比较高,容易导致交易中止.
Merchandise Account:你自己有商业帐户能接受各种payment.有些公司提供类似服务.
我没弄过,没有经验.一般说来没有必要(对普通ebay seller)
Google checkout: Promotion期间不收费.但ebay明令禁止,原因是google checkout不
提供seller protection,不安全.你不能在list里面写能通过google checkout收钱,否
则listing会被remove,重犯会被freeze account.
Cash: Local交易唯一途径.绝对不要paypal!!!!!Personal Check也最好不要,除非你
认识他.
Q: 为什么paypal收费from confirmed address但Seller Protection Ineligible?

Q 什么是APO/FPO Address？如何ship?
A: APO is for Army Post Office; FPO is for Fleet Post Office；两者都指的是驻
外军方地址。这种地址虽然在国外，但USPS对军方提供特苏服务。你只需要付美国国内
的邮费，USPS会将包裹寄到军队东/西海岸的中转站，然后运输到世界各地军队处。这
个本质上还是属于美国国内寄送，需要填写报关单，但没有关税（By TE，我寄小东西
，无须填写报关单）。坏处是这个包裹一旦出了美国过境，也就是离开了中转站，就没
法tracking了。但货物deliver以后，Delivery Confirmation会显示。这个delivery只
是表示交给军队了，并不代表你需要寄的那个人确实收到了。至于Paypal Dispute的时
候这个算不算数，就不好说了。Take your own risk。
