根据马克思的理论，剩余价值产生垄断资本，垄断资本造成经济危机，随着垄断资本越
来越集中和庞大，经济危机的周期越来越短，这时资本主义到了最高阶段，只差最后临
们一脚，就过度到另一个新的社会形态，那就是共产主义。

在2000年的网路泡沫中，华街的大亨和金融巨鳄们发现投资股票赚不了钱。最好赚钱的
是卖空（short  sell stock).为了救美国经济，美国联准会不断降低利率印钞票，使
得大量闲游资金（liquidity)充斥市场。因为利率太低，这些资金没地方去。于是，那
些金融巨鳄们就乘机用高回报率大量吸收社会游资，组成庞大的对冲基金。这些对冲基
金在市场上大规模投机，兴风作浪。先是飙高价格，造成各种泡沫。然后是寻找市场的
弱点，戳破这些泡沫，卖空股票，期货，和货币市场，造成市场恐慌。从2000年的网路
泡沫，到2008美国金融危机，到现在欧元危机，周期越来越短。每次都是靠印更多钞票
来救市，所以可以救一时。但不久新的危机又重复，更严重。

经济理论不像自然科学，只能总结过去，不年预测未来。马克思的理论尽管过时了，但
其精神还对。垄断资本不是剩余价值产生，是政府印钞票印出来的。是太多的钞票被少
数人利用，造成资金高度垄断集中，冲击市场，造成金融危机，金融危机导致经济和社
会危机。现在美国欧洲的金融体系肯定是不行了，银行赚不了钱。现在应该卖空所有的
银行股。资本主义是以资本为统治的手段和像征，所以资本主义到了最高阶段，快要灭
亡了，即将过度到另一个新的社会形态，那是什么呐？新共产主义？
