1。开始找工作前，要先做调查。尤其是找公司的工作，要瞄准大公司，福利好。建议
把本行业的FORTURE 500 的公司列个表，根据自己的方向，有选择地申请职位。瞄准一
个合适的目标，胜过瞎仍100个简历。找学校的工作，机会很少，只能干等着。公司的
机会随时都有。

2。写自己的简历（RESUME)，这个是关键的关键的关键！太重要了。简历是敲门砖，不
强的简历，人家一看就仍掉了。记住，简历要孙悟空在炉里一样千催百练，本人的简历
修改了上百遍。后来的版本和第一个版本，简直不可同日可语。记住，申请公司的，要
简洁，不超过两页，一般就一页纸。如何在一页纸纸里把自己表现好了，有很多的讲究
和技巧。很多诸如“欲练神功，挥刀自宫”的秘诀。牛人就牛在这里。包装很重要！对
不同的公司要准备不同的简历。

3。美国人对很多中国人的名字搞不太懂，更分不清男女，所以建议取个英文名。名字
是第一印象，很重要。不需要H1B 的，要在简历里清楚说明，这是一个很大的优势。

4。有选择地申请工作，不适合自己的工作，申请了是浪费时间。要集中精力，提高效
率。到专业网站上申请，通过RECRUITER, 成率很大。

5。电话面试。约时间时要留个一个星期准备，把可能问道的问题都COVER 掉，写好答
案在纸上，电话面试照着读，慢慢读，一个词一个词地读，千万不要快，中国人的英文
美国人听起来很吃力。

6。ON-SITE 面试。深色西装，领带，深色袜子，行礼千万不要托运，准备一个可以
CARRY-ON 的标准箱子，所有东西都转进去。随身带。我感觉ON-SITE 面试比电话面试
简单。

7。NEGOTIATE. 先拿到ORAL OFFER, 不要急着答应人家。要求WRITTEN OFFER, 收到后
再谈判。记住，“if it’s not written, it’s not yours”.

总结：找工作是一个痛苦的过程，要经历很多的磨难，失败，彷徨，但记住，在痛苦中
成长和提高，有信仰的朋友会比没有什么信仰的要坚强一些。最后祝大家好运。
